1. All setup must be completed by 8am on Saturday May 20, 2023.
2. All takedown is to be completed not later than 4pm on Saturday May 20, 2023.

3. The road in front of the vendors will be closed to thru traffic. Vendors must park in designated parking area. Vendors are allowed to park in front of their booth during loading and unloading only.
4. Electricity may or may not be available. If you require electricity, please contact us before April 30, 2023.
5. Vendors will not be allowed to set up until payment is made in-full.
6. The Catfish Festival reserves the right to deny access to any vendor for any reason & may eject any vendor at any time for any reason during the Catfish Festival without receiving a refund. Venders who leave early or do not show for the event during the scheduled time forfeits their fee.

I/we will not hold the City of Scottsboro, Jackson County Park, Scottsboro Small Business Council

or any other entities involved in the Catfish Festival liable for any physical or property damages or theft of services or goods.
